Every Democratic Senator Approved The Kirk Resolution

Senate Chamber at the Capitol, Washington D.C.

Little wonder why people no longer vote or experience resignation. I was initially registered as an independent, and later switched to Democrat. I think it is perhaps time to change this again.

Do not vote for any of these people. They are simply career politicians. It is time to primary them--find a contender who will stand up for the people and do what is right. These people voted to honor a white supremacist who hates people of color. Raskin, Warren, Sanders, and the rest--forget about them truly representing us. We need new people!  Vote them the hell out!!!!!

Sinclair And Nexstar Will Air Jimmy Kimmel

Good news! Both Nexstar and Sinclair has reversed its position on airing Jimmy Kimmel, and now will be broadcasting the show once again! People power at work folks!

An article on NPR's website states "Operating ABC stations in 30 markets, Sinclair said its decision came after receiving "thoughtful feedback from viewers, advertisers, and community leaders representing a wide range of perspectives." The same article states Nexstar released the following statement "As a local broadcaster, Nexstar remains committed to protecting the First Amendment while producing and airing local and national news that is fact-based and unbiased and, above all, broadcasting content that is in the best interest of the communities we serve".

A tsunami wave of protest and withdrawal roared across the nation after Disney, who owns ABC, capitulated to Brendan Carr's and man-baby Trump's demands to remove the program. It was an absolute violation of free speech, guaranteed in the First Amendment. The decision not to air Jimmy Kimmel Live denied access of the show to nearly 25% of television viewers across the nation.

Sinclair made the following statement on Friday, “Our decision to preempt this program was independent of any government interaction or influence,” Sinclair said Friday. “Free speech provides broadcasters with the right to exercise judgment as to the content on their local stations. While we understand that not everyone will agree with our decisions about programming, it is simply inconsistent to champion free speech while demanding that broadcasters air specific content.” Translation: we got scared sh*tless because Carr can pull our broadcasting licenses. But we also realize we need the bucks.

We cannot let our guard down. Trump is using executive orders to suppress freedom of speech to silence his critics and those on the left.

Coming Near You? "Former" Superintendent Ryan Walters

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters

Red Alert! This developing story has not been actually confirmed, but it is being reported Christian white nationalist Ryan Walters is intending to resign, and accept a position to lead a conservative teacher union with a right wing agenda. Walters appeared on a Fox news story yesterday, and stated he was excited about accepting his new position at an organization and that his goal will be to destroy teachers unions. The name of the organization is "The Teacher Freedom Alliance".

Walters is a hideous work of white supremacy on steroids, and yes, I am sure many Oklahomans would love to see his ass go from his current position, however he will attempt to spread his deranged agenda across the United States. He has been a constant state of controversy, and even just a few days ago, announced a "Turning Point USA" organization to be initiated in every public school. He has a total disregard for separation of church and state.

The loon has been in office for nearly three years, and was constantly trying to promote his ideology: declaring Trump bibles in every school, a few weeks ago decreeing no mention of George Floyd or the Black Lives Matter movement in Social Studies; definitely one against teaching about slavery, and the list of his egregious propositions goes on. Oklahoma previously ranked 47th nationally in education before Walters assumed the role as State Superintendent; then golden boy Nazi crowed how the state would rank first with him at the helm. Instead, Oklahoma now ranks last.

Walters has yet to officially submit his resignation to kindred spirit white Christian nationalist, Governor Kevin Stitt. Time will soon tell if he actually resigns, but hopefully the children of Oklahoma may get educators--even from California and New York who do not have to take an "America First" tests to prevent "woke" teachers coming into their state. Given the current political climate, it is no telling what kind of replacement Oklahoma appoints for now until the next election. Good grief.

Update: News sources are now confirming Walters resignation. Walters is to make an official announcement between now, and Friday, Sept. 26.

Jimmy Kimmel and Freedom of Speech

Jimmy Kimmel hosting his nightly show.

The First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I had been working on a post about Jimmy Kimmel's show being suspended, but before I could finished it, major new developments occurred. The show has returned to air once again last night on ABC, although not all affiliates will be broadcasting, such as Sinclair. ABC reportedly lost 4 billion dollars in just a few days, that's billions, and not millions of dollars after capitulating to the FCC and crybaby Trump's demands. A spokesperson for Turning Point USA is still trying to release methane gas by expressing wishes that Nexstar and Sinclair affiliates continue to exert pressure and forgo the programming. The threatening of stations by Trump and the FCC will no doubt continue, and I do hope ABC stands their ground. If they do not, they will lose subscriptions like crazy, and again possibly billions of dollars.

Most everyone has heard about ABC cancelling Jimmy Kimmel Live over comments he made regarding MAGA after Charlie Kirk's death.  It was not over the controversial Kirk himself, but over the shooter and the uncertainty of Tyler Robinson's political affiliations. It's incredulous people took issue Kimmel, and do not forget, he is after all a comedian. His job is satire. He also has a right to have opinions and to voice them. However, Nexstar, Sinclair,  and eventually ABC capitulated to the demands from Trump's goon, Brendan Carr who is chair of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) chair. During the same show, Kimmel made jokes about how Donald Trump mourned Kirk, but the world knows Trump wets his diapers every time someone makes a joke about him. He is a sociopath crybaby.

2025 Chair of the FCC Brendan Carr

But the issue here is one of the first amendment--the issue is freedom of speech. The move to "police" speech not aligning to political beliefs or agenda of the Trump regime is increasing at lightning speed. There were nuances of this even during Trump's first term; and at the beginning of his second term, he declared certain news media outlets and reporters could no longer participate covering briefings in the Oval Office.  This is what dictatorships do. They control the press, and crackdown on any speech considered contrary or critical of the government. Or in Kimmel's case, because stations hold a different political perspective which aligns to the Trump administration. NBC News has stated Sinclair made a donation to Turning Point USA after Kirk's death.

Jimmy Kimmel's opening monologue is where this constitutional crisis erupted. Kimmel stated in one segment: ""We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it. In between the finger-pointing, there was grieving on Friday. The White House flew the flags at half-staff, which got some criticism, but on a human level, you can see how hard the president is taking this." Then a clip is played showing Trump on the white house lawn, where a reporter asks how he is holding up. Trump says "I think very good" and immediately begans talking about the ballroom project." After the short clip, the camera returns to Kimmel who says ""Yes, he's at the fourth stage of grief, construction. Demolition. Construction. This is not how an adult grieves the murder of someone he called a friend. This is how a 4-year-old mourns a goldfish. OK? And it didn't just happen once."

Again, we all know Donald Trump cannot take a joke. I also think Jimmy Kimmel briefly mentioned the Epstein files, and if you want to light fire up Trump's ass, all one need do is mention Jeffrey Epstein. Trump is a vindictive and the type who lay in wait for years to exact his revenge.

After Kimmel's show aired, it appears a chain reaction went into play towards cancelling Jimmy Kimmel Live. The first signs started after FCC chair Brendan Carr participated on a podcast with a right wing conspiracy influencer, although Kimmel has caught Trump's ire for some years. During the podcast Carr states regarding Kimmel's comment: "Frankly, when you see stuff like this — I mean, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. These companies can find ways to change conduct and take action, frankly, on Kimmel, or there’s going to be additional work for the FCC ahead.”  Just a few hours later, Nexstar, who owns 30 ABC affiliates, releases the following: Nexstar: “Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division.  “Continuing to give Mr. Kimmel a broadcast platform in the communities we serve is simply not in the public interest at the current time, and we have made the difficult decision to preempt his show in an effort to let cooler heads prevail as we move toward the resumption of respectful, constructive dialogue.” After that ABC, which is owned by Disney, came out and said the show was cancelled" indefinitely".

Brendan Carr tweets 2022

Brendan Carr tweets 2024

Brendan Carr tweets 2025

Nexstar feared Brendan Carr would yank their FCC licenses as he threatened to do. If you looked at some of the tweets above, and you can readily see the evolution of a sycophant before your eyes. Carr has also threatened companies embracing D.E.I., and has issued warnings to revoke licenses if they were not compliant in removing D.E.I. initiatives. These threats have also been directed at some telecoms. And now, Carr is threatening individual licensed stations. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) says this is essentially government coercion--to license or not to license broadcasters based on speech. This is what authoritarian governments do. Even Ted Cruz, of all people, has spoke out against the FCC's role in suspending Kimmel's show.

I live in a red state, as backwards and into the Dark Ages as a state can get. Sinclair, which is the affiliate station here has decided not to air Jimmy Kimmel Live. I urge people in regions which refuse to air Jimmy's show to refrain from purchasing from its advertisers, cancel, nor renew any subscription, and continue their boycotts. If you know the advertisers, apprise them you will no longer being purchasing their goods or services for contracting with broadcasters which refuse to air shows because of their political beliefs.

But in this case, the people, citizens in the United States, and even some in other countries made a big difference! It shows the power of people uniting together and withdrawing our money from companies supportive of an authoritarian regime with devious unlawful tactics. Boycotting companies and the sponsors advertising on those networks doing Trump's bidding is effective when enough people participate! Now, if only we could unite on a broader scale to get our democracy back. Yet freedom of speech is mandatory in any democracy, and the return of Jimmy Kimmel Live is a victory for now!

Charlie Kirk, His Racist Legacy, And The Investigation

hatred is like a poison

The waters are still murky regarding the political affiliation and beliefs of Tyler Robinson, the young white man who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, a well known Christian white supremacist who also advocated misogyny. Authorities and the American public are heavily scrutinizing details to determine whether Robinson was on the left side of the political spectrum or on the right. He was not registered as Democrat or Republican.  One credible source reported Robinson once made a contribution to Donald Trump's political campaign. It is now being reported Robinson had a roommate who is said to be transgender and there is speculation Robinson was upset with the hateful transgender and homophobic rhetoric by Kirk. Currently, his roommate is not indicated in any beforehand knowledge or involvement of planning out Kirk's murder.

Utah's governor Spencer Cox, who already stepped in deep sh*t after the shooting of Kirk on September 10, is now claiming Robinson appears to have political tendencies towards the left . Cox asserts these claims are based on Robinson's dark web activities, and his relationship with Robinson's roommate. Spencer Cox is not someone to be trusted for details. And given Kash Patel's brain cramps in a recent congressional committee hearing and his reverence of Trump, I am now questioning the so called "facts" released from the FBI on the Charlie Kirk case. Kash Patel has zero law experience and is a die-hard Trump loyalist. Recently, a transcript of text messages between Cox and his roommate was released.

tyler robinson's mugshot

When I first read the aforementioned transcript, it struck me very odd; for it did not seem like how two men in their young twenties would converse, plus it included odd wording related to the crime. Also people who text, particularly young people, tend not to write in complete sentences. For the first time in my lifetime, and I am in my 60's, I question whether the FBI  department which is now led by Kash Patel can be trusted. Even during the Reagan era, and both father and son Bush administrations, I never entertained the FBI fabricating or distorting facts about murders. But this administration is quite different and has already gone to great lengths to prevent transparency regarding the Epstein files;  Patel in conjunction with Pam Bondi ordered over 1400 FBI agents to seek out all documents related to the pedophile which mentioned Donald Trump by name. Kash Patel absolutely refuses to answer questions on this matter.

It is also reported that Robinson was raised in a Mormon MAGA supporting family and through his childhood learned and shot a variety of guns. There are a number of pictures online to confirm this, and whoever shot Kirk was notably skilled. It was wildly speculated at first that it was a professional hit job. Still, there is nothing conclusive to date to indicate Tyler Robinson held leftist views, and some are saying he considered himself a "Groyper",  a network composed of white supremacists more extreme than Kirk. All of this remains to be seen, but there is nothing conclusive so far on Robinson's political leanings.  Can we believe our current government to be upfront with this investigation? I do not think so.

tyler robinson with gun

The Trump Administration ordered flags throughout the U.S. capitals to be lowered half staff in honor of Charlie Kirk, a fellow white supremacist who frequently vocalized hateful rhetoric towards blacks, other minorities, immigrants, LGBTQ, and women. His mission besides earning money from his so called Christian enterprises was to poison young people's minds by sowing seeds of hate to earn the Republican Party votes and to further mobilize the Christian white nationalist movement.  It is no surprise Trump desires to award Kirk a Medal of Freedom for all the hate Kirk help generate.

Let's look at just a few of the racist statements Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA has made:

"If I see a Black pilot, I’m going to be like, boy, I hope he’s qualified."

"If I’m dealing with somebody in customer service who’s a moronic Black woman, I wonder is she there because of her excellence, or is she there because of affirmative action?"

"America was at its peak when we halted immigration for 40 years and we dropped our foreign-born percentage to its lowest level ever. We should be unafraid to do that."

"We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s" .

It is ironic, Kirk would later die by what he preached regarding guns. After a school shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, Kirk commented: "It's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment."  He also was not a believer in empathy, much like Elon Musk. Regarding empathy Kirk stated: “I can’t stand the word empathy, actually. I think empathy is a made-up, new age term that does a lot of damage.”

Regardless whether Tyler Robinson is on the left or the right, the outcry has made the political divide more clear than ever. On the day Kirk died, millions of MAGA cried out for war against the left with no information about the shooter's affiliation, and historically black colleges and universities across the country received bomb threats the next day. A few days later, two young black men were found hanging in Mississippi--one from a tree at a college campus. The police are trying to hush these suspicious events away by classifying the deaths as "suicides". The right wing extremists are truly cognizant of their racism and this now includes all the Republicans in Congress.

Immediately after Kirk was shot, Fox News featured multiple reports with inflammatory rhetoric towards the left and Trump appeared on Fox issuing threats towards the left. Remember, the two assassination attempts upon 34 felon Trump came from people on the right, not the left.  Most political shootings come from the right, and just a few days after Kirk's murder, the D.O.J. took down a research report breaking down a report on domestic terrorism which statistically showed most perpetrators had affiliations on the right. This report from the National Institute of Justice states "Since 1990, far-right extremists have committed far more ideologically motivated homicides than far-left or radical Islamist extremists, including 227 events that took more than 520 lives. In this same period, far-left extremists committed 42 ideologically motivated attacks that took 78 lives." No one on the right gave a sh*t about the  Melissa Hortman who was assassinated and husband murdered at that same time. Where was the Republican outcry then, or flags flown at half staff across the nation?

The call for war by the right after Kirk's murder was unnecessary, as the right has been preparing for war long before September 10, 2025. From families passing down their racist ideologies to their children for decades, to the implementation of Project 2025 by a white supremacist regime, these people were preparing for war a long time ago. The goals of Project 2025 were not mapped out in a few years, but most likely decades.  A "new" Christian white nationalist movement began to evolve with segregationist pastor Jerry Falwell who did not want blacks at Liberty University, and later to compound the matter, a new movement manifested in some Christian circles called the New Apostolic Reformation formed by a man named C. Peter Wagner. Essential to these ideologies, was the goal of demolishing separation of church and state, to which Kirk concurred with completely.

While the governor in Utah, Spencer Cox calls white supremacist Charlie Kirk's death a "direct assault on America", millions of Americans called Charlie Kirk a direct assault against them.  Kirk had the philosophies of one who desired an all white society and government, was extremely racist, and tried to impress his racist views on impressionable young people, He no doubt played a role in influencing Trump in crafting policies to negatively impact marginalized communities.  He was a seething misogynist, minimizing all women, and especially engaged into throwing racist insults towards black women on his Turning Point USA platform, and at other public appearances. Right wing extremists will likely still target blacks for Kirk's killing, but will also take up Trump's baton spouting hateful rhetoric claiming gay and transgender people are behind mass shootings and political killings. The mission now is to spin a narrative claiming the left encourages political violence, while research proves otherwise. The Congressional Republicans are proving this well.

The legacy of Charlie Kirk is liken to one planting seeds of insidious poison into a garden of young people, and others as well. Instead of producing qualities like love, kindness and acceptance--the very things Jesus taught, the crop he infected will produce hate, cruelty, and intolerance. This same man wanted our nation to rid the holiday celebrating the life of Martin Luther King,  Now the House and Senate has passed legislation to make October 14 (I think its the 14th)  a national day of celebration in honor of a white supremacist, Charlie Kirk. One was a black man for unity, the other, a white man who stood for division and hate. And I choose to celebrate the one who had a dream for the nation which included all races.

List Of How Democrats Voted On The Kirk H.Res.719

Can you believe this vote to honor a white supremacist?  No wonder people have totally lost faith in the Democratic Party. Fake Christian Mike Johnson is beaming with white supremacist glee as he crows what a good Christian man Charlie Kirk was, father, and founder of Turning Point USA.

Charlie Kirk was a racist bigot, divisive, and he certainly knew how to make money from his rotten rhetoric.

The Senate took up the resolution after the House passed it, and guess what? It passed unanimously in the Senate! Not one stood against this resolution. The Democratic Senate has become as useless as an appendix, and all they give a shit is about their jobs! Their political careers. Not the people, not this country. Liberals need to find other people to take their place; I am sorry, they are no good to the American people anymore. I cannot see us winning the mid-terms unless new people come in, because those watching and wondering whether they should vote this time, just said the hell with it. This is looking worse day by day!

For 58 House Democrats with backbone, the answer was a clear "NO"! The resolution had language in it condemning political violence, while saddling the bill with a load of bullshit to honor white supremacist Charlie Kirk. Again, only 58 Democrats had the guts to take a stand against it, and according to Politico, 38 voted "present" and 22 did not vote at all. Ninety-five Democrats voted "YES" to pay homage to a white supremacist. Vote all 95 reps out in the primaries! Support any Democratic contenders in your state and get these people the hell out as representatives!!

Of course, no one wants to see political violence--ever. Why have an asinine resolution on it--saying what--we hate political violence? No resolution was needed, however,  the white supremacist Republican Party wants to honor a hateful man who held the same racist and hateful beliefs as they do. They are trying to "normalize" their openness with racial hatred and bigotry upon Americans, and we cannot remain silent. We absolutely need new leaders!

Maryland's Jamie Raskin voted "yes". Vote his ass out! You have shown yourself to be the spineless jellyfish you are, over and over again, even voting with Republicans on cryptocurrency.  You do not represent Democratic voters, you are just cosplaying. Hakeem Jefferies also supported the measure, I am fed up with his useless ass who disappoints like clockwork. Fed up!

Directly below is a list of Democrats who stood against this bill to honor a terrible man. It goes without saying, this bill was not necessary to denounce political violence. I have not left the "yes" voters out, so I will put their chicken shit names along with their states as well. You will also find the M.I.A.s and those voting "present" as well.

No wonder there is so much apathy and resignation. How the hell is this party going to engage potential voters, when so many Democrats run with their tails between their legs every chance they get? This party does not know what to do with itself. I am however thankful to the 58 House representatives which did the right thing, and said through their votes honoring a white supremacist is unacceptable.

(The lists below are of only of House members. As mentioned, the Senate vote was unanimous.)

RFK Jr. Wannabe Quack Over HHS

Kennedy testifying before congressional members

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was appointed by Trump and confirmed by the Senate to serve as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).  Since his confirmation, it has been a rollercoaster ride for HHS, including the department firing nearly 20,000 people through Kennedy's feeble effort to make "America healthy again". By mid April 2025, Kennedy, at the direction of the Trump and DOGE collaboration had already fired 10,000 workers. Thousands of more firings would come later. Recently, over 1000 current and former HHS workers presented a letter to Kennedy demanding his resignation, something long overdue.

Donald Trump made certain to appoint racist white Republicans contrary to the particular missions of various government departments. Robert Kennedy jr. is a prime example of this process. For the narcissistic felon, Trump's main priority was to pick "loyalists" over competency regarding who would hold lead positions over departments within the federal government.

The Republicans are hell bent on destroying this country and using the racist playbook of Nazi Germany to destroy the undesirables: people of color, the poor, and the elderly. Robert Kennedy Jr. is an instrument of eugenics. What is occurring in the United States under the current administration is the "weaponization" of policies being implemented against certain groups of people -simply, the ones whites in power consider to be undesirable citizens. Through weaponizing policies, Latino families can be ripped apart, blacks can lose thousands of jobs, and elderly people considered as liabilities can be assured an untimely death through the dismantling of Medicaid. Cold, calculated, targeted weaponization is mapped out all through Project 2025.

It has long been recognized in this country there are tremendous disparities in access to healthcare based on race and class. Just as concerning, people with similar health care plans still experience different health outcomes solely based on race and ethnicity. A research study a few years ago established the mortality rate for black infants in hospitals was 3 to 1 compared to white infants. The system is inherently corrupt because America has always been a white supremacist country. But Robert Kennedy Jr as head over HHS only adds fuel to the fire. If another pandemic hits, or some epidemic in this country erupts, Americans will be in serious trouble.

This summer, Director Susan Monarez, head of the Centers  for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was fired by Kennedy, because Monarez opposed the anti-vaccine panel Kennedy had appointed. "In June, Kennedy removed every member of the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices, a government panel that makes vaccine recommendations"( according to a CBS News article).  Kennedy has been for years a critic of vaccines, and has sought to limit the accessibility of COVID vaccines to the American public. This man is an absolute precursor to a catastrophic health event in the United States. He has diligently worked to undermined making chicken pox and measles vaccines available to all children.  He has excelled in spreading misinformation about vaccines and medical conditions, something he was doing long before becoming the head of HHS. This is exactly why, besides Kennedy's racist inclinations, Donald Trump and the Republican party picked him.

Recall, well over one million people lost their lives while Trump was in office, because the sociopath refused to recognize and deal with the COVID virus.  Recently, Kennedy modified the CDC's COVID vaccine recommendations; consequently, a significant portion of U.S. citizens will no longer have access to COVID 19 vaccines unless people have specific medical conditions, or they are age 65 or older.  People under 18 would require authorization through a medical professional, In essence, one must have access to a medical doctor to get approved for the vaccine. A lot of people do not have access to doctors in this country.

COVID Chart from PBS detailing new CDC vaccine guidelines.

Kennedy's response to the new measles outbreak has been at best dismal. Since September, over 1400 cases of measles have been reported. Following the anti-science philosophy of Kennedy, Florida governor's Rick DeSantis is ending all vaccine mandates and ending immunization requirements for schools with the state. If you recall, Florida produced a very poor response to COVID. Other states are likely to follow restricting or ending vaccine requirements.

It is truly mind boggling as to why any government would throw public health right out the window. Doctors across the country are raising the alarm with a sense of urgency, which is being dismissed by Trump, Kennedy, and congressional Republicans. At some point this week, there will be a meeting between the new vaccine advisory committee to review COVID, chickenpox, and hepatitis B vaccine recommendations. Inevitably, the dismantling of the CDC and scientific advisory boards will result in grave consequences for the United States.

White Nationalist Charlie Kirk Shot & Killed

Charlie Kirk speaking at Utah Valley University

Charlie Kirk, a Christian white nationalist recruiter of young people has died from a gun shot wound at event on a college campus in Utah. Kirk, a close associate to Donald Trump, did not have an official political office; so I found it interesting that some of the major media outlets such as ABC news and others are using the term "assassination". The shooting occurred yesterday at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Once Kirk was shot, the crowd panicked and started out running for safety. At this point, there remains conflicting information if the actual suspect is in custody.

Ironically, the question being posed to Kirk at the time of the shooting was one about guns and the Second Amendment.

Kirk was one of the co-founders of a extreme right conservative organization called "The Turning Point" and was quite a controversial figure. One his biggest objectives was to target young students of voting age on college campuses in an effort to expand his white nationalist ideology. Kirk was not a believer of separation of church and state, and would often advise our white supremacist president on a variety of matters, going so far to help devise specific strategies. He would often be seen in the West Wing of the White House.

Charlie Kirk was a blatant openly racist man, publicly asserting whites were the most intelligent race, and purporting blacks were intellectually inferior. Kirk referred George Floyd to being a "scumbag" after Floyd's murder by Derek Chauvin which occurred in 2020. Kirk was also a speaker at the Republican National Convention in 2016 and 2020.

The House of Representatives held a moment of silence after Kirk died, and congressional members called out a plea to turn down the rhetoric.

What kind of rhetoric? Alligator Alcatraz rhetoric? Or the kind which says D.E.I. causes plane crashes, even if the pilots are white. What kind of rhetoric? The kind where a 34 count felon president says blacks are destined to be criminals. Or perhaps the kind where U.S, senators such as Joni Ernst say "we are all going to die" when questioned about people losing Medicaid.

And how about the kind of rhetoric recently uttered by advocate of Project 2025 white supremacist Senator Eric Schmitt of Missouri:

"They believed they were forging a nation — a homeland for themselves and their descendants. They fought, they bled, they struggled, they died for us. They built this country for us.

America, in all its glory, is their gift to us, handed down across the generations. It belongs to us. It’s our birthright, our heritage, our destiny.

If America is everything and everyone, then it is nothing and no one at all. But we know that’s not true...."

Yep. Maybe that kind of rhetoric.

Trump's Birthday Letter To Epstein Copy-Paste

I am putting an image of Donald Trump's letter to Jeffrey Epstein here, to make sure Google does not turn this letter into "Gulf of America" as it did regarding the geographical area we know as "Gulf of Mexico". The tech giants are in Trump's hands, and Trump has been yielding censorship like a machete. I was surprised how few images of the letter appears under Google's Images category, but in all fairness, it is a bit early since the letter was released. I, however, do not think things will change too much. Images of the letter are on many news websites across the world.

Stupid MAGA will believe anything the 34 count felon says, so he is claiming the letter is false, which clearly displays his signature. If it were false, would not the fabricator make Trump's dirty deeds more plain in the letter and less "secret", less cryptic? Duh.

A real piece of smut.

I have also learn to even copy and paste some of Trump's and Musk's tweets, lest they disappear into Google's vortex of "you'll never see me again". Google is way too powerful. The U.S. should model ourselves like the U.K., which just fined Google billions of dollars in violations. You can find a transcript of the birthday letter below the image.

Image of the birthday card letter Donald Trump sent to Jeffery Epstein

“Voice Over:

There must be more to life than having everything,”

Donald: Yes, there is, but I won’t tell you what it is.

Jeffrey: Nor will I, since I also know what it is.

Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.

Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it.

Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?

Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you.

Donald: A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret.

Trump Administration Targeted Venezuelan Ship--11 Killed

world map

As a continuing part of this mad man's escapades to deflect from the Jeffrey Epstein files, a U.S. military strike was ordered upon a Venezuelan vessel on September 2, 2025 by 34 count felon, Donald Trump . Consequently, eleven people are now dead over something which could be best characterized as murder.

Where is the proof this vessel was carrying illegal narcotics as the Trump administration asserts, which would warrant such military action? Of course, this strike was ordered outside of congressional approval. Donald Trump posted on Truth Social, his favorite toy, the following: "The strike resulted in 11 terrorists killed in action. No U.S. Forces were harmed in this strike," . The administration alleges the boat was operated by the Tren de Aragua cartel and that the boat was carrying a shipment of drugs heading to the United States. To justify his actions, Trump implies the people were "terrorists" to twist the military strike as being acceptable--however, details surrounding the strike remains loaded with ambiguity.

There was no attempt to ascertain what, if anything, was illegal on the Venezuelan boat. For all we know, it could had been a group of fishermen, a boat loaded with crops endemic to their country, a business excursion, or... let's entertain illegal goods were on the vessel. It seems to me the first course of action would be to notify Venezuelan authorities and produce proof or intelligence data that something was amiss with the crew and the boat. In essence, let the Venezuelan authorities handle the situation (of course Trump will say they will not handle it). Secondly, the assumed course of action concerning this vessel which was devoid of any military capability, would be to seize the boat and board it; hence confirming U.S. suspicions before blowing it and eleven people to smithereens. It goes without saying, the U.S. military if fired upon, would have the right to go into defense mode. But that did not happen.

But rest assured, the white supremacists of the Trump administration will muse to themselves "it's only brown skin folks" who died. And Trump will also muse to his rotting self "maybe this will finally stop the Epstein story".  A rapist and tax evasion felon is a fine one to talk about crime, pointing his perverted finger across the globe. Most felons in this country do not have 34 felony counts like this sick sack of sh*t.

I have contemplated a particular question to myself a number of times recently: when will the Republican congressional members realize Trump does not seek their approval because he is a dictator and doesn't need their input? The answer is beginning to dawn on me, and it is quite concerning. Most of the congressional Republicans like it this way. Somehow, they feel their careers are protected because relying on Trump's dictatorial prowess "insulates" them from "taking full blame" for their efforts to "make America white again" through deliberating destroying our democracy. Yes, I said deliberately. Through Donald Trump spearheading their insidious movement and their white supremacist goals are swiftly coming to fruition.

A good portion of these racist Republicans knew what was going to manifest through Project 2025; knew it would destroy the power of the judicial and legislative branches, and anticipated the erosion of constitutional law and congressional protocols. They knew it would expand executive power. They want a new form of government based on an ideology of white supremacy no matter what it does to this nation and its people. Add salt and pepper to all of this with a drizzle of hypocritical religious theocracy.

Now King sh*thead wants to rename the Department of Defense the Department of War. I feel like a lot of these changes are not just an attempt to stoke fear into certain marginalized communities, or deflect from the current Epstein controversy, but partly an effort "normalize" the transition from a democracy to an authoritarian form of government. Making things seem new and afresh before the masses realize they have been hoodwinked. But because Trump first and foremost concern has always been himself; just to avoid controversy such as his ties with Jeffrey Epstein, he will literally take this nation into war to save his own perverted ass. So, in his dark mind, what is eleven people?

It has been reported for two days in a row after the United States targeted the Venezuelan ship, Venezuela flew military aircraft over or around a U.S.naval ship. The Trump administration describes the move as "provocative". My mother would say "Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black".  Only time will tell how all of this is going to play out.

Every Democratic Senator Voted Yes On Kirk Resolution

Senate Chamber at Capitol Hill

Little wonder why people do not vote, or do not bother to educate themselves on our political climate and news developments. The Democratic Senate has once again proved themselves to be weak: their first and foremost priority is to maintain their positions as career politicians. Vote them out and select new Democratic candidates for the midterms.

I cannot see us winning the midterms with these spineless jellyfish.  The vote in the Senate was unanimous and every single one of them stab us in the back. We might have a better chance in the House, but not the Senate. At least in the House, we have 58 people who are standing up against white supremacy and have some idea what is best for our country. They did not vote to honor a hostile and racist Christian white nationalist who spread his racism and hate across the country like a vile disease.

Alligator Alcatraz--A United States Concentration Camp

a cage in one of the tents at Alligator Alcatraz

Alligator Alcatraz, a place which Republicans try to glaze over it with terms like "detention center" or "internment camp", is located on an isolated airfield in the Florida Everglades. It is in essence a concentration camp. The construction of the facility was quite swift. One of the earliest to conceptualize is development was non other than white supremacist Governor Ron DeSantis, who used emergency powers during President Joe Biden's administration to issue an executive order to obtain the property. So even before 2024, plans were in the making for a detention center for illegal immigrants, and DeSantis would eventually hook up with Donald Trump to concoct the abominable  place known as Alligator Alcatraz.

There are more problems regarding this concentration camp, other than blatant mistreatment of detainees and confining people of legal citizenship status. Alligator Alcatraz also jeopardizes the Florida Everglade's ecosystem, and just as importantly, the way of life concerning a native people known as the Miccosukee Tribe. DeSantis, appearing on Fox News, claimed the project would have "zero impact" on the Everglades. What a pathetic and habitual liar! According to a recent article, "A federal judge has ordered the U.S. government to stop sending detainees to the facility and begin dismantling it within 60 days. In making her ruling, Judge Kathleen Williams sided with the tribe and environmentalists who argued that state and federal officials violated a federal law that requires an environmental review before proceeding with any federal construction project. The judge’s order also prohibits further construction at the site." DeSantis is appealing the ruling, of course. The whole hideous structure needs to come down.

Detention centers in the United States are making far more money under the Trump administration. Companies such as CoreCivic and the Geo Group contract with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as ICE. It is becoming a lucrative money making opportunity as the federal government focuses on "ridding" people of color and disrupting their families. However, Alligator Alcatraz is a Florida state operation.  Florida's governor, Republican Ron DeSantis has been utilizing tax payer money and FEMA dollars to fund the concentration camp.

The disgusting facility was erected very quickly, and functions like a large sprawling area of animal kennels--to house living human beings. The "detention" center purports to have a capacity to hold over three thousand people. Additionally, the property is maintained with a very large staff.

Shortly after Alligator Alcatraz opened July 1, 2025; horror stories began to erupt. On July 10, a group of Democratic lawmakers were denied entry to examine the camp. This has been a reoccurring theme as lawmakers have repeatedly been denied access to visit the facility. Maxwell Frost, a Democratic lawmaker, was one of the first denied access and then later, was given a guided tour" of the facility after providing advance notice to officials.  The reason for these guided tours by appointment is because detainees are being mistreated badly, and basically tortured by brutal living conditions designed to inflict physical and mental cruelty.

Last I am aware of, the operators of Alligator Alcatraz require a seven day notice before lawmakers can tour. Yes, from the terrible stories I am hearing, it would take at least seven days to tidy up the filth conditions and other nefarious activities. We are seeing an abuse of people akin to the horrors of Nazi Germany within the United States.

Inside this inhumane place, there is no sunlight and no way to tell the time. Alligator Alcatraz has a number of tents, and within each tent, there are eight large cages which hold up to about 32 people--all cramped together. The tents frequently experience flooding from the Florida rains, and this exacerbates the number of mosquitoes and insects in the facility and surrounding areas. Frequent flooding along with poor maintenance and shoddy construction has led to sewage backups; which could only be characterized as a health hazard. Detainees have infrequent showers, and some have reported worms in their food, maggots--another health hazard. Often, the detainees get only one meal a day and with worms in the food, many cannot eat. Inadequate small toilets often do not flush, contributing to the sewage overflow. People are forced to drink water from spigots attached to these toilets. Everyone in the cages gets to see you pee and crap. No solitary moments to reflect, no peace, and very inhumane treatment. This is unconscionable!

Besides rabid hate by the new white supremacist administration and its Republican constituents, another objective of Alligator Alcatraz is to utilize fear as a method of control. Trump, Steve Miller, and other wanna be Nazis want to invoke terror into certain groups of  people; whether through using masked ICE agents, or military deployed illegally to cities with black mayors, and creating horrible living conditions for people in concentration camps.

It is going to take numbers to break this authoritarian wave. We must not only vote out the politicians propping up this regime in the mid-term elections, we must unite for a common cause--to defend our democracy. We need to put aside differences between various groups seeing the danger of authoritarianism--even if for just a period of time, and focus on the important goal of removing Trump and the white supremacists from power. I also like the idea of a "general strike", something I intend to post about in the future. Meanwhile, specific groups should also continue with their efforts to address their own unique causes.

In our former democratic state, various organizations had options to address issues afflicting specific marginalized groups, however, options are suppressed in authoritarian governments when such groups become targets. The DOJ is now grossly corrupt and has been rendered useless, as it became a tool for misuse by white nationalists. The white supremacist tide is now largely fueled by white fear surrounding the idea of being out numbered (replaced) by people of color, which they believe will hinder white political and financial control. We have to come to terms that the fight to get back our democracy is going to be a long fight and a long process.  But if enough people rise up, we will prevail.

Trump Wants To Hide The History Of Slavery

white slave owners sell and trade African slaves

Donald Trump and the MAGA crowd with their racist delusions, believe the Smithsonian Museum has a clandestine motive to replace white people. All by simply displaying historical artifacts and documents in exhibitions.  The museum is now being accused by the MAGA crowd as having an  "overemphasis on slavery".  This insidious phrase was hissed out by Lindsey Halligan, an assistant to Trump on a Fox News televised segment. Trump's mission is not only to "make America white again" but to "make American history all-white again". No doubt he will eventually execute directives against exhibits on indigenous cultures. Halligan further objects with this pathetically dumb statement "I think there should be more of an overemphasis on how far we have come since slavery.” We, as a nation, have regressed back in time regarding the state of black Americans through relentless targeted, oppressive assaults by the Trump administration.  And the narrative by some people claiming blacks have the same access to employment, government, ownership without obstacles is blatantly false.

How in the hell is the Smithsonian biased or woke? It is an insane assertion to declare a political agenda on museum exhibits which display artifacts and documents from actual historical events. The institution of slavery in the United States is a historical fact. How does a discussion or a display in a museum constitute a term like "woke" being applied to such exhibitions, obviously a word which now breeds vile white contempt? The term "woke" being used by racists is a derogatory term, whereas for me and many others it is a good term. Damn right I am WOKE. I am musing to myself, wondering if there are any white readers thinking I sound "aggressive".

The new authoritarian regime composed of white supremacists wants to erase the history of blacks in America.  They also want to keep black history out of public schools, claiming teaching it is "inciteful". The Smithsonian, other museums, and public schools must resist this white supremacist takeover to rewrite American history of the United States.

Our felon-in-chief quipped on Truth Social "The Smithsonian is OUT OF CONTROL, where everything discussed is how horrible our Country is, how bad Slavery was, and how unaccomplished the downtrodden have been — Nothing about Success, nothing about Brightness, nothing about the Future." This racist thug is destroying our future--our democracy!

Recall early on in the first week of Trump's second administration, he immediately came out swinging against D.E.I programs not only in federal institutions, but also urged private companies to rid their D.E.I programs--companies such as Target and Amazon. Walmart had already in anticipation of an electoral victory by the white racist savior "rolled back" their D.E.I programs before Trump's declaration. Remain strong in avoiding these companies. Trump turned to employing his racist tactics towards universities which receive federal funding, such as Harvard, demanding the university completely abolish D.E.I. programs directed at diversifying campuses. Next, he will try to control the curriculums of universities.

Not long after the beginning of his second term, Trump began targeting the National Museum of African American History by signing an executive order against it stating "Museums in our nation's capital should be places where individuals go to learn ‒ not to be subjected to ideological indoctrination or divisive narratives that distort our shared history," Does anyone out there believe Trump wrote that statement? He believes its racist content, but he damn sure didn't write it. What is divisive? Trump has always been divisive. History is history. There is no distortion--only a bunch of b.s. to rewrite history for his white supremacist agenda. It is all about white supremacy.

There is nothing to indoctrinate, nothing to divide when discussing historical facts of the past. Slavery occurred and black people in this country have always been oppressed. Historical facts like hosing black people down during civil rights protests, whites only signs in public establishments, and Africans slated for slavery on auction blocks to be purchased by slave owners--these are historical facts.

History is important for the future. We need to discuss slavery, the mistreatment of blacks in this country, the genocide directed against Native Americans, the assassination of John F. Kennedy, September 11, and other historical events. What would you think if Trump executes an order not to have museum exhibits about the attack on the World Trade Center... 'instead lets focus on bright and whiter days ahead.'  It will likely never happen, because his  focus is on exhibits regarding non-whites.  However, Trump does not give a damn about the September 11 first responders or their health, as Elon Musk and Trump where quick to slash 20% to the WTC Health Program, and fired critical staff as well.

Donald Trump does not have the intelligence to orchestrate all which is contributing to the demise of our democracy- this is all part of Project 2025 and the Republican drive to "make America white again".   In March of 2025, white supremacist Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth went on a  frenzied mission to remove black historical figures, including Hispanic, Asian, and female veterans from the Pentagon's Arlington National Cemetery website to further comply with anti-D.E.I. initiatives. A PBS article states "Thousands of pages honoring contributions by women and minority groups have been taken down in efforts to delete material promoting diversity, equity and inclusion....".   Additionally, Hegseth has sought to rename naval ships to detract from contributions from gay and civil rights figures. This is all part of their plan to purge history surrounding people which are a subject of their hate.

We also see the intrusion of the "great white replacement" philosophy in public schools across the nation. There are state initiatives to not teach what some whites have called "divisive issues", and slavery is the major one.  As I mentioned previously, slavery is a historical fact. The Holocaust is a historical fact.  The Vietnam war is a historical fact. We cannot ignore history. We are witnessing before our eyes that history is indeed repeating itself, because the Nazi Germany playbook is being used by the Trump Administration. We must take a stand people and fight this regime.
